Is Sunnat Ka Fayda?

 


“Islam hamein choti choti sunnaton ke zariye zindagi sudharna sikhata hai. Bohat si sunnatein aisi hain jo hum roz kar sakte hain aur unka asar puri zindagi par hota hai. Aaj ki is post me hum ek aisi Sunnat ke bare me baat karenge jise agar insaan apni routine ka hissa bana le, to uski zindagi me sukoon, barakat aur ijazat aa jati hai.”


“Subah neend se uthte hi ‘Alhamdulillah’ kehna Nabi ﷺ ki pyari sunnat hai. Is sunnat ka asal maqsad ye hai ke banda din ki shuruaat shukr se kare. Jab insan shukr se din shuru karta hai to uske andar positivity paida hoti hai. Rishton me barakat, rizq me izafa aur dil me sukoon aa jata hai. Science bhi kehti hai ke gratitude hormones ko activate karta hai, jo stress ko kam aur happiness ko zyada karta hai.”

“Is sunnat ko follow karna bohat aasaan hai. Mobile uthane se pehle do second ruko, aakhain kholo aur dil se ‘Alhamdulillah’ bolo. Agar chaho to ek chhoti si dua bhi padh sakte ho. Aap pure din me changes mehsoos karoge—kam stress, behtar mood, aur zyada productivity.”

“Ye sunnat humare sochne ka andaaz badal deti hai. Negative se positive, shikayat se shukr, bechaini se sukoon ka safar shuru hota hai. Jab Banda rozana shukr ki halat me rehta hai, to uski zindagi me barakat aati hai. Nafrat kam hoti hai, mohabbat barhti hai. Ghar me sakoon aata hai.”


Agar aap chahte hain ke aapki zindagi me roshni, sakoon aur barakat aaye, to is ek sunnat ko apni daily routine ka hissa zaroor banaen. Choti sunnat, magar asar bohat gehra. Allah humein Sunnat ki roshni me chalne ki tofeeq de.”
